Kismet

This piece takes inspiration from one of my favourite artists, Alex Janvier. His intricate, sinuous painted lines feel like they compose a dream world rich with the most pleasing of colours. His unique visual language felt like the perfect illustration of the word kismet. A beautiful word (meaning fate/destiny) I hope I did justice with these converging lines and ligatures of fate.
